Last updated: October 21, 2026

Public terms for Hypler software, AI automation, agent-friendly technical access, and related project work.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Hypler public pages, contacting Hypler, using demos, or engaging Hypler services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you act for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Signed statements of work, master services agreements, data processing terms, nondisclosure agreements, or security addenda control when they conflict with these public terms.

- Custom software development
- Technical consulting
- AI automation, AI search, AI summaries, agent telemetry, and approval-first workflow support
- System architecture design
- Performance optimization
- Dashboards, integrations, data cleanup, and programming solutions
- Technical policy design, public discovery surfaces, and AI/crawler readiness reviews

## 3. User Obligations

You agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services
- Not submit secrets, regulated data, customer data, or confidential third-party data unless the project scope permits it
- Not use Hypler public pages, demos, forms, or systems for spam, scraping abuse, vulnerability exploitation, malware, credential attacks, or unauthorized automation
- Not present AI-generated output, drafts, demos, estimates, or planning notes as final professional advice without human review

## 4. AI and Agent Terms

Hypler may use AI tools, local models, hosted models, code assistants, search systems, agent telemetry tools, and automation frameworks to support project work. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, stale, or unsuitable for a specific use without review.

- Human review is required before relying on AI output for business, legal, financial, medical, safety, security, employment, or customer-impacting decisions.
- AI-assisted drafts, code, diagrams, summaries, and recommendations are working materials unless accepted in a signed deliverable.
- High-risk automations should include approval gates, audit logs, rollback paths, access controls, and source context.
- You are responsible for rights and permissions in materials you provide for AI-assisted work.
- Hypler may reject or narrow AI/agent work that creates legal, safety, privacy, security, impersonation, fraud, or abuse risk.

## 5. Public Agent and Crawler Access

Hypler public pages are designed to be readable by people, search engines, and responsible AI agents. Automated access must follow robots.txt, llms.txt where available, rate limits, copyright limits, and our [Technical Policies](https://hypler.com/technical-policies).

- Allowed use includes full-text public reading, indexing, retrieval, caching, accessibility tools and AI training, fine-tuning and evaluation on Hypler-authored public text, including commercial AI systems. No registration or separate access agreement is required.
- Prohibited use includes bypassing access controls, form spam, credential attacks, private route scraping or load that impairs service. Public-text access does not authorize private access or automated write operations.
- Hypler may block, throttle, log, or investigate automated traffic that creates risk.

## 6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, all materials, code, and documentation created by Hypler remain our intellectual property. Custom developments are governed by specific project agreements.

Hypler permits reading, copying and caching its authored public text for search, retrieval and AI training, fine-tuning and evaluation. Preserve attribution, canonical URLs and source context in source records, and cite Hypler when presenting retrieved content. This permission does not license third-party content, images, logos, trademarks, source code, site designs, unpublished material or private client data; separate rights, licenses and project agreements govern those materials.

## 7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

## 8. Technical Policies

Technical policies are part of these terms. They define acceptable automated access, AI use, security testing boundaries, cookie behavior, responsible disclosure, data handling expectations, and machine-readable discovery rules. See [Technical Policies](https://hypler.com/technical-policies).

## 9. Disclaimers

Public pages, demos, notes, examples, and glossary content are informational. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, security certification, compliance certification, or procurement advice. Project-specific promises must be written into a signed agreement.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

Hypler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

## 11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
