# Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Public-facing privacy, AI, cookie, and agent-access commitments for Hypler inquiries and workflow reviews.

## Introduction

Hypler ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting privacy while building AI automation, custom software, dashboards, integrations, and workflow systems. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how our AI-forward technical policies apply to public visitors, prospective clients, clients, vendors, crawlers, and software agents.

This page is public notice. Signed statements of work, data processing terms, nondisclosure agreements, or security addenda control when they conflict with this public page.

## Information We Collect

- Contact information, including name, email address, phone number, company, role, and message content.
- Workflow review information that you choose to share, including business goals, software tools, reports, integrations, AI use cases, and operational pain points.
- Technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, approximate region, log timestamps, and basic security telemetry.
- Usage data about how public pages, demos, forms, and links are used.
- Communications with us, including email, phone, meeting notes, support requests, project files, and feedback.
- Project data provided under a signed agreement, when Hypler is engaged to review, build, or support software.

## How We Use Your Information

- To respond to inquiries, plan workflow reviews, prepare proposals, and communicate about Hypler services.
- To deliver software development, AI automation, dashboard, integration, and consulting services.
- To troubleshoot, secure, maintain, and improve public pages, demos, and project systems.
- To document decisions, approval gates, validation evidence, and handoff notes for client work.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, contractual, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.
- To protect Hypler, clients, users, software systems, and the public from abuse, fraud, scraping overload, or unauthorized access.

## AI-Forward Privacy Commitments

Hypler may use AI tools to support drafting, summarization, code review, software planning, workflow analysis, search, triage, and quality checks. We design AI use around human review, limited data exposure, clear source context, and approval-first operation.

- We do not intentionally use private client data to train public AI models unless a client explicitly agrees in writing.
- We avoid sending secrets, passwords, private keys, payment data, regulated data, or unnecessary sensitive information to AI systems.
- We prefer source-backed AI outputs, visible citations or source context, review queues, and human approval before high-risk action.
- We may keep prompts, outputs, telemetry, and evaluation notes when needed for security, audit, quality, support, or contractual records.
- We may use AI providers, cloud services, local models, or client-approved systems as service providers or subprocessors for project work.
- We review AI outputs before treating them as final instructions, code, claims, legal terms, or business decisions.

## Cookies and Similar Technologies

Hypler public pages may use cookies, local storage, session storage, analytics events, server logs, or similar technologies to keep the site working, remember interface preferences, measure page performance, detect abuse, and understand service interest.

- Essential cookies or storage support security, routing, form behavior, preferences, and basic functionality.
- Analytics and performance signals help us understand aggregate page use, errors, popular services, and regional interest.
- Marketing or embedded third-party tools may set their own cookies if we use maps, videos, analytics, forms, scheduling, ads, or social links.
- You can limit cookies through browser settings. Some features may work differently when cookies or storage are blocked.
- Where legally required and technically practical, we will honor applicable opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control for sale or sharing signals.

## Agent, Crawler, and Automated Access Policy

Hypler permits full-text reading, indexing, retrieval and caching of its public pages. Hypler-authored public text may be used for AI training, fine-tuning and evaluation, including commercial AI systems, under our Technical Policies and Terms of Service. This public-content permission does not apply to private client data, personal information submitted through private channels or unpublished material.

- Allowed: public search crawling, full-text AI indexing and retrieval, caching, training on Hypler-authored public text, citation-oriented summaries, accessibility tools and public availability checks. Preserve source context and respect third-party rights.
- Not allowed: credential guessing, form spam, scraping private systems, bypassing access controls, load that impairs service or attempts to infer confidential project details.
- Automated agents must identify themselves when reasonable, respect disallow rules, avoid private/admin/vendor/account/write endpoints, and stop when blocked.
- Hypler may block, rate-limit, log, challenge, or investigate automated traffic that creates risk or ignores published controls.

## Data Protection

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Safeguards may include access controls, least-privilege practices, secret handling rules, logging, encryption where appropriate, backup controls, patching, secure development practices, and incident response procedures.

## Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, contractual, audit, security, backup, or dispute-resolution reasons. Project records may be retained to preserve build history, validation evidence, support context, and handoff continuity.

## Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to operate the website, communicate, schedule meetings, host code, process analytics, provide cloud infrastructure, support AI-assisted workflows, deliver email, manage security, or perform project work. Those services may process information under their own policies and contracts.

## Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, limitation, objection, or opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain automated processing. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If a law treats certain analytics, advertising, or third-party sharing as a "sale" or "sharing," you may contact us to opt out.

To make a request, contact us at contact@hypler.com. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, contract, security, or recordkeeping obligations.

## Children

Hypler services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through public Hypler pages.

## Technical Policies

Our technical policies explain how we expect people, bots, crawlers, AI systems, and software agents to interact with Hypler public and private systems. They cover AI use, cookies, automated access, security testing, responsible disclosure, acceptable use, and machine-readable discovery. See [Technical Policies](https://hypler.com/technical-policies).
